URGENT RELEASE FROM THE NPF: Championship Series Game 8 Refund Policy

NPF’s Ticket Refund Policy as it relates to the cancellation of the final game(s) of the Championship Series due to inclement weather is written on the back of each ticket and on the website. The policy is as follows:

“National Pro Fastpitch Conditions of Sale and Policies: All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management and may not include additional ticketing fees (i.e., ticketing operations fee, shipping fees, etc.). “

In light of the unusual circumstances surrounding the rainout of the final game(s) of the Championship Series, the NPF has opted to issue a refund of the ticket’s face value paid or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets with the exception of cash, in which a check will be issued. If a credit card was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund. Credit card purchases will be automatically refunded except for the online and/or box office processing fees. If cash was used to purchase the ticket, a written request plus the actual ticket stub(s) will be needed in order to process the refund minus box office processing fees. National Pro Fastpitch will not be liable for travel, lost tickets, or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurred in connection with the cancelled event.

Written requests for cash purchases can be sent to via email to [email protected]. Ticket stubs can be scanned and sent to the [email protected] or faxed to 615-232-8880.  All refunds must be requested within 21 days of the event cancellation date of August 26, 2012. No refunds will be given after September 16, 2012. Refund information will be available on our website at www.profastpitch.com or by calling 615-232-2900.
