USSSA European Jr. Pride Compete in 3rd Annual Kurbis Cup

Kissimmee, FL– Following their first place finish in the Second Annual Young Tournament, the USSSA European Jr. Pride continued their softball journey in Stuttgart, Germany.

This time around the European Jr. Pride competed in the Third Annual Kurbis Cup to finish out their season. Day one of the Kurbis Cup featured the European Jr. Pride winning all three games.

Day two of the tournament, the European Jr. Pride won their game against the German National Team of Karlsuhe, Germany 18-3. Following the win, the USSSA European Jr. Pride advanced to the Championship Semi-finals but lost 3-1 against the German National Team of Haar, Germany 3-1.

Despite the loss, they finished strong with a six run shut-out against the Storks of Den Haag, Netherlands. Win their final win of the tournament against the Storks, the European Jr. Pride finished 3rd in the Kurbis Cup with an overall record of 5-1.
