VIERA, FL. (June 1, 2021) – The USSSA Pride has signed University of Oregon outfielder Haley Cruse for their 2021 season officials announced today.
Known to so many in the softball world as “the girl that does the TikTok dances”, this Duck softball star and first team All-Pac 12 selection lead the Ducks, hitting .385 for the 4th straight season, a program first. She has career highs in virtually every offensive statistic and was an essential leader and the face of the Ducks program.
“One of the hardest things to find is a pure leadoff hitter and we just landed the best,” said General Manager, Don DeDonatis Sr. “Cruse is in the top 10 of 6 offensive categories in the PAC 12 Conference with an OBP of .511, has developed in to a five-tool player and I cannot wait to see her in a Pride uniform.”
Cruse will join the Pride in Oklahoma City where they will be taking on the USA National team in a 4 game series June 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 7th.
The Prides entire 2021 season schedule, including special themed days, can be found on their website at www.usssapride.com and all games are streamed live on USSSALive.com
